• 70% Renewal Rate For Existing Tenants Whose Leases Were Expiring
• 98.5% Average Monthly Occupancy Rate and 1.5% Average Vacancy Rate

• 100% of our Single-Family Home leases were renewed for an additional year
• 0 Evictions and 0 month’s of non-paid rent for all of our properties
• Our current tenants have an average tenancy with us of 18 Months
